Seattle Tennis Club Renovation

This high-end club is situated on a tight hillside site between Lake Washington and surrounding homes. Lewis has completed numerous projects for this client over the years, always minimizing inconvenience to members and neighbors. The latest project was a new pro shop and north lawn. Past work includes subdivision of an existing gymnasium into a lower-level exercise room and new gym above, and a full renovation of the historic clubhouse which dates to the 1890s. The latter project also included upgrades to the squash courts, a new entry drive, and an outdoor hot tub.
